I started collecting back in 1997 when the first wave of Tamagotchis flooded Europe. Back then I was 15. I didn’t have an original one from Bandai, they were all sold out, so I bought a Doggie. And I truly loved my Puppy Clone! Some years later I got a Nano Teddy and a Puppy Family in the US - that was my whole collection back then. I never gave them away and someday in 2001 the Connections V1 were released. I was thrilled and infected with an even bigger love for them. And due to the fact I’ve earned my own money at that time already… I never stopped buying new ones :)
